영어공부 혼자하기 - make sure "확실하게 하다"

오늘 함께 공부할 영어회화 표현은 make sure 입니다.

 

make sure은 '확실하게 하다' 라는 표현인데요, make sure of something , make sure that~ 이런식으로 많이 쓰게 됩니다. 예를 들어서, 어떠한 것을 요청할때 확실하게 기억하게 하기위해 make sure (that) ~ 이렇게 붙이게 되죠. 그러면서 좀더 강조의 힘을 실어준다고 생각하시면 됩니다.

 

 

 

 

 

다양한 영어예문을 통해서 어떻게 쓰는지 좀더 공부해볼까요?

 

-Make sure your vaccinations are up to date. 

반드시 유효 기한을 넘기지 말고 새로 예방 주사를 맞으세요.
