완전초보 영어첫걸음 - It's a tough call. "힘든 결정이야"

오늘 함께 공부할 영어회화 표현은 tough call 입니다. touch 의 뜻은 '힘든, 어려운, 냉정한, 폭력적인 ' 이라는 의미의 형용사인데요, tough call 이라고 하면 '힘든 결정 ' 이라는 의미의 표현이에요. 영어로 설명하자면 'A choice or judgment which is difficult to make, especially one involving onlytwo alternatives ' 가 되겠습니다.  tough call 같은 표현은 의미를 외워두지 않으면 쉽게 유추하기 힘들 수도 있기 때문에 꼭 익혀두시길 바라며,  tough call 가 들어간 영어회화 예문들을 좀더 살펴보도록 할게요 !

백만 달러에 도달하는 것은 정말 어려운 결정이 될 것입니다.
