완전초보 영어첫걸음 - You put me on the spot. "넌 날 곤란하게 했어"

오늘 함께 공부할 영어회화 표현은 put on the spot 입니다. put on the spot  표현은 보통 중간에 somebody 를 넣어서 put somebody on the spot 이렇게 쓰는데요, 의미는 'somebody 를 곤란하게 만들다, somebody 를 곤혹스럽게 하다, 난처하게 만들다, 몰아세우다 ' 라는 뜻이에요. put on the spot 표현을 영어로 풀어서 설명해 보자면 'force someone into a situation in which they must make a difficult decision or answer a difficultquestion. ' 라고 할 수 있겠습니다. 오늘의 표현 put on the spot  이 들어간 다양한 영어회화 예문 공부 함께 해보면서 응용력을 길러봅시다 ! ^^
